Shipping Coverage

ROSSM Wallet ships to customers across the European Union and internationally, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.

Shipping Costs

  • European Union: Free standard shipping to all EU member states.

  • International (outside the EU): Flat-rate shipping of EUR 15 per order.

  • United Kingdom: Flat-rate shipping of GBP 15 per order.

  • Australia: Flat-rate shipping of AUD 60 per order.

Shipping fees do not include any duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges that may apply at delivery for international shipments.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1 - 2 business days. During sale periods and holidays, please allow up to 48 additional hours for dispatch.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service:

  • EU deliveries: Typically 2 - 10 business days after dispatch (may vary by location and service).

  • International deliveries: Typically 14 - 39 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by peak seasons, weather, carrier disruptions, and customs procedures.

Tracking and Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Order status updates and shipping information are provided via email.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

  • EU orders: No. Shipping is free.

  • International orders (outside the EU): Yes. Shipping is EUR 15 per order.

  • EU: Usually 2 - 10 business days after dispatch.

Can you deliver to my area?

We ship to most regions, but some locations cannot be serviced by our carriers. If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

How do I check the status of my order?

Use the Track Order page and enter your order number to view the latest status and tracking details.

My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive my package. What should I do?

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse or suppliers, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Contact the carrier directly to locate the package or check with your local post office or delivery office. If you need help identifying the carrier or using your tracking number, contact us at help@rossmwallet.com.

Customs and Duties for International Orders

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs based on your country’s rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • If a package is refused or abandoned due to customs charges, we are not responsible for related losses and may be unable to issue a refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Carriers or local authorities may require additional information (such as a Tax ID or address verification). You may be contacted to provide this information to complete delivery.

If we are unable to fulfill delivery to your country after you place an order, we will notify you by email and refund the payment to the original method.
